  They are really good with their service. Typically when I come, the wait times are not very long and staff is polite and helpful. I have come to this location a LOT and I understand they can be busy. Whenever I have an issue, I just go inside and one of the employees will help and resolve it. You can tell they care about making sure your issues are taken care of properly, unlike some other locations I have been to. I’ve had some truly great customer service experiences here. And my fries have always been hot and crispy!

  I went through the drive-thru around 7:04 a.m., and the employee taking my order seemed distracted. She was taking another customer’s order at the same time as mine, which made the whole process confusing. I asked for two extra shots in my coffee, but she later told me I hadn’t requested them—even though I clearly did. It felt like she wasn’t fully listening because I could hear her switching between orders on the intercom. Overall, the experience was frustrating and could have been avoided with better attention to one customer at a time.

  Fries taste cold without being cold, chicken is like rubber, sauce tastes like nothing (not sweet nor sour)

  They canceled my mobile breakfast order . I arrived at 10:32 I ordered 15 minutes before arrival and I still have not gotten my money back horrible service

  I waited at the window for 5 minutes before anyone spoke a single word to me, just for them to tell me to drive up and wait (15 more minutes) for a 10 piece nugget and small fry. I wanted to eat my fries on the way home but they were cold. This will be the first and last time I come here.
