  I have to stop at this gas station and this review is for the gas station only they could have much more refreshments outside, but however, customer service was great. Some of the other customers did not want to get out of my way. We didn’t see me pulling up for gas so when you’re done with your dance get out of the way because I was running out of gas.

  Had the worst experience at the Bee Cave HEB today. Went up to the deli with my kids. Only customer at the counter. There were 5 associates working behind the counter. One guy named Ryan sees me and lets out a sigh under his breath, walks slowly over without making eye contact at all, then looks up and in a very gruff/annoyed tone says, "what do you need?" I ask for a pound of turkey breast. He doesn't acknowledge the request or ask what size of cut, or anything. He just grabs the turkey, proceeds to slice off half a pound (not a pound), and then in the same annoyed tone says, "half a pound, right?" I let him know it wasn't correct, but didn't want anything else after going through the whole encounter with him. It's bad enough that most of the associates there don't bother to yield to you as the customer when walking through (especially the younger employees), but now the level of face-to-face service and interactions has fallen to a point that we're finally going to try out the new Trader Joe's next time we shop. It can't possibly be worse than the service (or complete lack of) that we've been getting at this HEB for a while now. It's pretty obvious that etiquette towards customers isn't part of their training or regular department meetings. They clearly don't want our money anymore, and fortunately, we have some other options out here now. Get your groceries somewhere else if possible!
