- ASAmber SMar 2, 20265.0We live in DFW, and to be honest, over the past few years, my opinion of our local Einsteins has declined. Our family used to frequent two locations close to our home and after several disappointing visits, we rarely visit nowadays. With that said, we were here in Bee Cave for a few days so stopped in to this location and had a great experience. The manager at this location clearly cares about his customers and keeps it all humming. We were there for several hours and he literally doesn’t stop. He personally welcomes each customer and ensures everyone has what they need. I wish he could come teach a course for the managers of the DFW locations. We miss our good ol’ Einsteins and this experience gave us a little flash back. Thanks for caring and giving your customers a great experience!
