- DWDouglas Waltman2 days ago1.0Do not come here to dine in after 9pm. Unlike all the other Chick-fil-A stores I've been to, this one closes their dining room an hour before the store closes, leaving only the drive thru for service. This is not a high crime area, so one can only assume their reasoning is to get employees off the clock sooner by having the dining room cleaned by 10pm, leaving less work to do once they've closed. So, we can see their priority is not on providing the best customer experience...it's about reducing labor costs and increasing profits. I love Chick-fil-A, but I'll never return to this particular store.

I can't think of any chain that does a better job of delivering consistently good food in a consistently friendly way. And with their dual drive-thrus, Chick-fil-A really moves things along. Maybe someday they'll opt for a 20% bump in revenue from being open on Sundays.

The past few months we arrived to dirty tables, debris on the floor, and half eaten food being stepped on by other customers. Today, nuggets on the floor, spilled drinks unattended, and once again we cleaned our own table and chairs just to sit down. Also, no ice cream! This is not a bad day. This is who this location is. Chick-fil-A built its entire brand on cleanliness and hospitality. This location is a walking contradiction of everything that brand stands for. My pleasure? Not anymore. We are done.
