  First i should have known this was going to be a bad experience since they had a 3.3 on google reviews. But i stilI went to this wendy's on yesterday. And had the worst customer service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. It was go bad I just ended up driving off mid order. I wanted 2 biggie meals for my kids but my kids are picky so I had to make changes to it. The guy/girl who was taking my order kept breathing heavy and saying oh my gosh every time I asked for something to be changed, then I heard him/her say this is going to make our time go up. I was polite and nice and very respectful which I always am because I don't want to give anyone a reason to play in my food. But I just couldn't take it no more. Like sir/ma'am if you don't like your job please get a new one. Your in customer service not a warehouse. I'll never go back to this wendy's ever again.

  People were great! Friendly, hard-working and kind. The food was sub-par. Cheese was cold n not melted on burger, frosty was not very flavorful or thick. Frosty seemed diluted. Fries were great, nuggets good.

  Long wait. 15 min in drive thru, only to get order wrong and burnt. Last time I ever eat there.

  Pésimo servicio la cajera del día viernes 3 de abril a las 8.00 pm me trató mal y no me dio la orden alegando que no había hecho mi orden cuando estaba en línea no me dio solución mal servicio un cliente menos

  Ive been going to this location since I was in HS(20 years😬) the inside has changed alot but what hasnt changed are the type of workers they have. We need more ppl like Tre. I complimented his service and the people before me immediately turned around to say the same thing. That young man has a big future in business/customer service.. respectfully, i hope he doesnt waste it at Wendys but if he does, yall need to promote him asap and get the ball rolling on leadership training. God bless that young man!!
