  I have never felt more disrespected in a dining establishment. I arrived at 4:12 PM—the definition of a non-rush hour—to pick up an order. The host sent me to the bar, which was empty. When I pointed this out, I was told to wait. I stood there for seven minutes before the bartender even appeared. He then proceeded to pass me four times, making eye contact but refusing to acknowledge my existence. He checked on every other guest while I stood there like a ghost. No "Hello," no "We’ll be right with you." Nothing. By the 12th minute, I had to speak up. His response? "I’ll look for it." At minute 13, he finally decided to "put the order in." This wasn't a rush; it was a total lack of basic human courtesy. I’ve never given a 1-star review before, but Saltgrass earned this one through pure ignorance and inefficiency.

  Rossy is absolutely incredible! She’s hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had at Saltgrass Steak House. We always ask for her because she brings such a fun, upbeat energy and makes every visit feel special. Truly outstanding service every time!

  I have been coming in a long time and had recently had a bad experience with a server named Jacob at the Bedford location!! A new server behind the bar her name was Nikki did an outstanding job and is very accommodating and attentive. She said she was new in her capacity, but I believe she will do a super job.

  Great attentive service from Rossy. Meet all our needs while managing a large party at the same time. Manager Jacques, , dropped by, introduced, and insured all was great as it was. One of our favorite places. Thanks Rossy and Jacques P.S. The chocolate cake and ice cream were the bomb.

  Food was delish and our server Greg was amazing. HOWEVER the men’s room is COVERED in HIGHLY inappropriate photos of women that is NOT family friendly. The women’s room was completely fine, normal photos of headshots of cowboys. The men’s room had cowgirls with boobs out and legs spread. My husband is in recovery and working to break out of the societally normalized objectification of women as a lot of men are and this “family safe” environment intentionally fills the private men’s space with hypersexualized photos of women. Highly inappropriate. Will not be going back. And women should be aware of this.
