- TTTrentenMar 21, 20261.0Usually if I give a 1 star is is much deserved. Tracy I believe may could have been the manager on duty has by far the worst customer service you would encounter here. Maybe other days it's not like that but today it was not up to par. The interaction with her was not pleasant and inviting. Yes pizza and other miscellaneous items they sell, but it is mainly a "people business". I even tried to ask a question and I was just ignored and I want to think maybe she didn't hear me. I got food her for someone else because they wanted Pizza Hut, but I personally will eat from Pizza Hut but not this location, and this was my first time visiting this location.

- JWJames WMar 8, 20261.0Their lazy shrinkflation is turning them into Little Caesar’s. No matter what you pay for a pizza, it’s going to be a thin, dry mess with almost no cheese or sauce. What used to be Pan Pizza is now a burnt mess with more crust than cheese, and what used to be Hand-Tossed is now a frickin’ Ritz cracker with less moisture. And then there’s the marinara sauce for breadsticks. It’s now HALF the size it used to be - a dainty little shot glass full of cold sauce. I’ve stuck with Pizza Hut since the 70s, back when they were just a regional Kansas operation. But now I have to do what the rest of America has done, and leave them behind.
