  Great food. Horrible horrible customer service. I just got off the phone with the manager Kasen, who advised he will be mailing a gift card for me not receiving my complete order, which will take up to 13 business days. He advised I was not able to come into the location to retrieve the remaining parts of my order, and there was also no one who he could call to grant me my items as well. So in conclusion I paid for items and did not received them and could not come into the location to pick them up. Terrible

  The food quality was decent, but the service was extremely slow. We had to wait a long time for both ordering and receiving our food. It made the overall experience less enjoyable. Hopefully the management can improve staffing or service efficiency.

  Ask For Briea !!! Our Experience At This Restaurant Was Absolutely Amazing Thanks To Our Waitress. She Was Very Attentive, Friendly, And Made Sure Everything Was Perfect From Start To Finish. She Checked On Us Regularly Without Being Overbearing And Had A Great Attitude The Entire Time. Our Orders Were Accurate, Drinks Stayed Filled, And She Made Us Feel Welcomed And Valued. Great Customer Service Like This Really Makes A Difference. I Will Definitely Be Back And Hope To Have Her Again!

  Never tried Pappadeaux until now. Must say that while the staff is trained well, and the management is friendly, the quality of the food left us wanting. I ordered the Rainbow Trout and my wife, the stuffed shrimp. Everything is absolutely slathered in butter and oil, the sides included. I couldn't really enjoy my meal wading through the lake of hot liquid that my entire dish sat in. We ordered green beans on the side and it felt as though they got one oily concoction for every dish. Food was the worse part. Needless to say, I think the problem is Pappadeaux's masquerade of a high end restaurant with rustic nautical appeal. Spending a hundred dollars here felt like I walked away scammed. Can't say enough about the staff, but the kitchen being on the other side of a single 4 foot partition kills the even idea of a restaurant asking almost 30 dollars for a fish entree that emulates a buttery aquarium decorated with cubes of butternut, and planters adjacent peanuts.

  I want to thank the manager on staff yesterday who was so great. He made sure everyone was taking care of , he was very acknowledgeable about the menu items. Mr Dobson and I came out for lunch and the amazing manager explained the changes , and offered options and accommodations. I had the red snapper meal , and Mr Dobson had the salad he loves! Thanks to the staff , and sorry we missed you Jaime we came on a day you were off but the manger took very great care of us
