All of us each Sonic is a little bit different from the next... It's the same look but how it's managed is all dependent upon the people and its management. This particular Sonic seems to be managed and run by an excellent observer of people, taste and time.
For the most part, I've been unimpressed with Sonic's digital apps and constant errors and bugs with his payment systems. You think each time I go to use it, there's some kind of error not allowing me to consistently pay or consistently use the service. But this is a completely separate group of worms that belongs solely at the foot of corporate franchise. Sonic, not the individual owners.
To be specific about this Sonic.. I've never had a bad experience. The manager has worked to honor the apps pricing when it's unavailable. They've definitely waited more on me than me them. And the service has always been good and friendly. I was double reminded of this on Christmas Eve when I had a $50 order an hour before they close and instead of rushing me as I've experienced at other sonics... They calmly took my order, processed it and had me out and going 15 minutes before close. Not once that I feel very pressured me to get it in and get it out of there. That's impressive for a smaller restaurant ran by mid 20's young adults. Try to summarize, if you have a choice, come be the Sonic you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, this sonic has become the worst sonic I believe I’ve ever been to. Screens don’t always work so you can’t process your order correctly or give a tip. Part of me is glad I’m not able to give tips because the service has become ridiculously slow understaffed under manned, people that are working there are not happy. You can see it when they come out to the car. Simple orders taking way too long to process. I complained on the sonic help line once a few weeks ago, wanting my money back for having to wait almost 40 minutes for a call ahead pick up order unfortunately never got a response. Tried to go back this morning to give it another shot. Failed again

I ordered my food. I sat and waited for at least 25 minutes. I decided to move my car because someone had their brights on hitting me directly. After I moved my car I saw 2 women looking at the empty spot where I was parked and were laughing inside. I raise my hand out of the window to get their attention which didn't work. Eventually one came out to ask if I had placed my order. I said yes and I've still been waiting. She said she made the order and they must've given it with the wrong car! She said could give me a refund or remake my order. She goes back inside and they start LAUGHING AGAIN! They are extremely unprofessional and lack understanding or care if guests can see them clearly and making fun of the fact me and my kids had already waited 30 minutes by this point. I get it's not important to them, but knowing these businesses are franchised, the owner should want customers to prefer their location over another down the street. I will never be returning to this location.
