  I really hate coming here because every time I order on the app I set it for specific time and every time I come it takes them a extra 15 minutes to get my food out even though I ordered it on the app you should have my food ready and should be able to bring it to my car at the moment I pull ip just a pet peeve of mine

  Pulled into stall #19, pressed the service button, waited 15 minutes, and no one answered. The “someone will be with you shortly!” message disappeared after the 15 minute mark, so I went through Drive Thru, and it was “out of order”. Mind you there was maybe 3-4 other cars in the stalls next to me, so I was willing to wait. But 15 minutes is absurd, I had to be back at work so I just gave up and went hungry.

  Service here is horrible. Even when you order through the app they can't get the order right. Have pretty much given up on them for anything other than mozarella sticks and drinks. Pretty sad performance.
