  We had a great experience at Steak Grass, and the service is what truly made it memorable. A huge thank you to Ed, the manager, who went above and beyond to make things right after a past complication with a to-go order. His kindness and professionalism really stood out, and the complimentary meal was greatly appreciated. We also want to give a big shout-out to Gregory, our waiter, who was absolutely phenomenal — attentive, friendly, and genuinely made our dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Because of Ed and Gregory, Steak Grass has definitely earned our loyalty. Highly recommend!

  Saltgrass is one of those places you really don’t need to do a review on because everyone knows it’s exceptional. I’ll tell you the grilled shrimp will make a single person feel like you don’t need a relationship ever again! You better get you some!

  Ordered through Door Dash because I was sick. If I had not been I would have taken the food back to the restaurant. I ordered this for my son on Thanksgiving since our plans got canceled. Thought having something good to eat might make up for not having a Thanksgiving dinner. We were disappointed. The chicken fried steak was so overdone that it was impossible to eat. The batter alone sounded like you were crunching glass. Excessively hard and dry. Then they forgot to include the side item. So, all he had to go with it was soup which he doesn’t eat (but had to choose). Door Dash refunded half for the two issues, but honestly it should have been a full refund since it wasn’t edible. After the refund, I basically paid $10 for the small soup that he had to get as his second item. I still cannot believe this came from a Salt Grass Steakhouse. We’ve never had an issue with the food.

  My family of 4 went for desserts on Thanksgiving. We knew it would be busy even with our reservation. Yet, slow and poor service are different. We had to hunt down waiter for refill and asked to go ahead bring out dessert right before the one entree that was ordered at the last minute and nothing. When we waved down the manager, he stated it was because they were waiting on our entree. We asked for it to be packet up and the waiter packed all out desserts with the hot entree .. very disappointed in our visit

  Incredible Steak & 10/10 Service from Nyobie From start to finish, our visit to Saltgrass Steak House was outstanding. Our server, Nyobie, was easily the best server we’ve had in over a year—friendly, energetic, and incredibly attentive. She made sure we never ran out of drinks, explained the menu in detail, and shared her personal favorites which really helped us decide what to order. The steak was absolutely perfect—tender, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the mashed potatoes. It honestly melted in my mouth like butter. The complimentary bread deserves its own shout-out too—warm, soft like a pillow, and paired with butter that melted right into it. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake, and wow—it’s rich. If you love deep chocolate flavor, you’ll love this one. The vanilla ice cream on the side balanced it perfectly, but be warned—it’s huge! Definitely a shareable dessert, and you might still take some home. The only downside of the night was my partner’s blackened redfish—it was just okay. The shrimp on top were flavorful, but the crab tasted imitation-like and the fish itself lacked seasoning. Fries were great though. Still, between the amazing steak, perfect bread, and the top-tier service from both Nyobie and the manager, this meal was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had all year. Highly recommend Saltgrass if you want great food and even better service.
