This is the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. She proceeded to snorkel tell me it was gonna be five minutes, wait for my food and then went back to her conversation with her friend. Miss you don’t have the right to withhold somebody’s product when it’s been paid for. This needs to be addressed by management or corporate for real.

The staff is nice, the location is bad. Also be careful with the app, I ordered with promos and got charged full price using "pay at store" little sneaky there just pay ahead.
