I waited over eight minutes in the drive‑through, and when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. The fries were cold, and I was not given napkins or the sweet‑and‑sour sauce I specifically requested during my order. This seems to be a recurring issue, not a one‑time mistake. The customer service and management are extremely disappointing, and there was no sense of urgency or accountability for the errors. This location seriously needs better management, improved order accuracy, and basic customer service training. I do not recommend this McDonald’s.

Top it off they gave me the wrong order, then when my order got here the lemonade was basically water and bits of lemon floating in there. Edit: Surprise, my sandwich didn’t have bacon in it.
