You are required to use the kiosks and the staff literally ignores customers for long stretches. You have to flag someone down multiple times just to get basic acknowledgement. Because the kitchen is set off to the side, no one can actually see the customers at the counter. I do not know if that is intentional to limit interaction but it makes it extremely difficult to get anything extra you might need. It took me five to ten minutes just to get a cup of water. On other visits I have had the same issue, waiting several minutes just to ask for a sauce or to fix an incorrect order. This location needs to improve customer service and actually pay attention to the people in the dining area.

I fully believe that as a worker at a fast food place it’s not that difficult to wait for the foam to go down and add a little more! On other multiple accounts of going up to this McDonald’s they have gotten my food wrong and given me the wrong food and shut the window on me. I have had to manually go inside to fix my order. I truly believe that you should verify the order upon giving it out. As well as verifying if everything is in the bag. I am highly disappointed in this location, and feel as if an employee doesn’t know how to do there Job they should be retrained to do the right position.
