  Service is slow, order was incorrect, bagel sandwich was cold, coffee grains in coffee, and dining area was not tidy. I will not return to this location.

  Why would you serve this to someone?? Just cause I order to go doesn’t mean you should just serve burnt food come on with the price I paid for this bagel $10 this is what I get save your more go somewhere else I can’t stand people that work in food and have no integrity about what they’re doing!!! WOULD YOU EAT THIS! I hope whoever made this bagel gets horrible food everywhere they go like be real stay away from here I won’t be back 🥴 YOU GUYS SUCK!!!

  I had an issue with the online ordering. I am a regular at the Bedford, TX Einstein's off of airport freeway. My order went through but did not show up at the store. I went and showed my app, email, and bank account statement. One of the employees (who I asked her and the GM for her name and did not receive) berated me saying, "There must be something wrong with you" and saying stuff under her breath afterward. The GM Tear Watts (not sure on spelling wouldn't give me his name either) stepped in but did not help the situation. I asked for my sandwich so I could go about my day. Then they went to make my sandwich while speaking about me to the other employee within earshot. I was made to feel like a theif and talked down on over a breakfast sandwich I paid for. This location has done this to me one time before with the same employee and GM. I will not be going back and hope something is done about the awful customer service I received

  I have ordered from here through DoorDash several times and honestly this place is nothing but hit or miss. Sometimes my bagels come burnt and other times they come just right. But what never comes correctly is the iced coffee. I always order the chocolate but when it’s delivered I come to find out that it’s NEVER stirred into the coffee. It’s nothing but a big glob of chocolate on the bottom of the cups. When I go to drink it the coffee is either too bitter because it’s not mixed it or I drink up nothing but pure sweet syrup because of how far down the straw goes. It’s never balanced and the only way for it to become balanced is if the syrup is actually mixed into the drink LIKE ITS SUPPOSED TO. I don’t know the name of the employee who works there but she’s an older woman from a foreign country. She’s very very sweet and all but whenever she makes the iced coffees she never stirs the syrup in unless you tell her too. And unfortunately it’s not something that I can request via DoorDash though to be honest I really shouldn’t have to request it to begin with.
