    This place is a joke. We ordered it via Uber Eats for the SAUCY chicken dippers tossed in hot sauce. We received regular dry rub tenders. I called and spoke with Jane who was extremely rude and accused me of lying about my order. They claim their tenders don’t come tossed. Ok, fine but we never received any sauces on the side either! Who lies about that?The shift manager took the call and said we were supposed to have received a brown bag with the sauces, did not receive that. Both women who took my calls had bad attitudes, accused me of lying and were both dismissive. Don’t get into the service industry if you hate your job. I will not be ordering from here ever again! Wingstop will continue to get all of my business moving forward.

    Ordered wings & wedges. Bartender was awesome. Only issue was wedges. Mgr let your cook know and order of wedges is almost $5 its not a combo! So we should get more than a small handful which in my case was 8-10 smal wedlges, less than a handful!

    I ordered online from their website last night and I was missing 1/3rd of my order. I called the store to tell them what I was missing. The man who answered the phone apologized, asked for my contact information, and said he would get with a manager in order to figure out a solution, and that he would contact me shortly. That only works when you actually bother to call me back. They could have either re made the portion of the order I did not receive (what I requested) or refund me 1/3rd of my order. BWW decided they weren't going to do either one. This really sucks because I order from this location pretty regularly but I see management is not interested in righting a wrong so I suppose I'll have to find a new place to order chicken from in the area.
