Only driving by and needed a snack
Decided to try the steak bites The person at the window repeated 2x to confirm hat we were ordering the 9 piece. 2x we said yes
Drive away towards our next errand stop After paying and getting the ordered food
Fortunately our next stop was further down Harwood when we discovered we had paid for a 9 pc. But was given a 5 pc. Drive all the way back for an exchange. No explanation for the incorrect order. Just an apology
That is one issue
The next one is that individual pieces are minuscule compared to what is advertised
The third issue
The ridiculous price. There is no value here With everyone watching their spending and restaurants trying to survive. This is unacceptable
Recommendation
Do not waste your time and $
Spend the same amount of $ on a full size piece of steak from the supermarket and cook it yourself.

Got to go the other day in the evening. Just wanted to say the man taking my order in the drive thru offered exceptional service. Very friendly, put in the sauces, napkins- didn’t even have to double check or ask! Which is a usual problem when I go to drive thru’s.
I didn’t get his name but he made the experience better than usual.

Rude customer service, employees didn't want to make food 30 minutes before close, so said we'll have to eat somewhere else. Won't even try this location again

Sat in drive thru for over 10 minutes without bring greeted.
Always an awkward experience here in one way or another.

Customer service was great but my food was luke warm and the fries wre keft out fries, not fresh . Haven't had Arby's in a long while and was excited. If I go next time ill just ask for everything to be fresh and check before I leave.. visit was bummer
