- SNShameka Navarre3 days ago1.0I called and ask speak to a manger she said 8:18 pm this a manger I say hello I have order under pretty Meka can I please have no salt on fries she hurry and said oh your order gone I said no it’s not I just place it ok I put no salt and hurry up and got off phone when I got my order it’s so much of salt my lil nieces cried and said nasty nasty full salt yall need do better and another thing when a person say no pickles no pickles

I know they can be removed because other locations do it with no issues. This location also keeps trying to tell me there’s no peppers in this salad when there are red and green peppers. Please re train employees.

Today, we made it home and discovered one of my grandkids meals was missing. I called only to make them aware and maybe expect a refund for the meal not given. The young lady who assisted me went above and beyond and offered to bring the meal to us and she did! You made my grandchildren's day ♡ Now that is the best customer service in town. I am very appreciative. Thank you Chik Fil-A Bedford, Texas :) You all are Super!
