It took 15 minutes to be greeted by a server. It took 40 minutes for my server to realize I didn't receive my ranch water. Even though we asked multiple times. Turns out, she rang it in wrong but tried to blame the bartender. Husband ordered unsweetened tea, she brought sweet. Ended up bringing unsweetened, but still left the sweet. Wings were cold, which I want to say isnt her fault, but I believe it is because she let them sit in the window for too long. I'm not sure if she just needs additional training or it was a lack or care. Either way, I don't believe we will return to this location unfortunately.

Was told they’d look into it and to hold but was disconnected. Called back the second time and spoke to someone else. They put me on hold to talk to management but told me because we ordered through DoorDash, I’d have to go through them. I only wanted my fries, not a refund and asked if they could just replace it. They said no. We went somewhere else to get fries to go with my sandwich. Food overall was not great and will not be coming back
