- SCSandra Cardona1 day ago1.0Very bad experience with staff. They seem to be clueless and they didn’t gave me a receipt. “Their system failed” and they were very arrogant and harassing me in store and at the parking lot I called corporate because I was charged for all these groceries the manger wanted to charged me twice because “ their system failed” or he wanted to take away my groceries he started grabbing them from my trunk at the parking lot (at the day of my birthday) this was my dinner that I had bought for me and my family they make me go through a very embarrassing and unpleasant moment. I was treated like if it was my fault in front of my family and people, they were very irritated over the situation and they didn’t gave me a receipt. Thank fully I paid with card and transaction reflects on my bank account. (Now currently waiting on corporate to call back, supposedly in about 3 business days )
- GSGeorgie Sinclair2 days ago3.0Love this store! Staff is super friendly and they do a great job picking and packing pickup orders! My main complaint is involving scent and fragrance. Often the employees who pick the orders are wearing fragrance on their clothes which then rubs off on their hands through the day and onto the products they pick for customers. While I understand it is a huge undertaking to try and make a space completely fragrance free, 1/3 Americans is sensitive to fragrance, and if shopping in store isn’t an option anywhere then it only makes sense for the employees who do pickup orders to adapt a perfume/cologne free policy for shifts so people who are sensitive are able to safely receive their groceries without fear of exposure to products they cannot safely be around.
