  Was in the store a few nights ago we received top tier customer service. Terrance Dallas and Jarred really know how to take care of their customers! The professionalism, and energetic atmosphere was fantastic the food was so good! We have come back every day since! He fast food restaurants around here don’t even compare to the friendly professional service with great tasting food!! Absolutely love these employees! And the experience they give the customers!!!

  This Whataburger location is always hit or miss. On this visit, the onion rings were great, but the burger was severely lacking. The tomatoes were mushy and the lettuce was old and limp. Plus, I ordered my burger with extra mustard and I think it actually had less than the regular amount. I'm sure that we will be back since this is the location closest to where we live, but it is becoming ridiculous.

  We love Whataburger!! It holds a very special and sentimental value to us!! We have eaten here our whole lives.. Our mom worked here when we were growing up.. She would come home and surprise us with Whataburger at 2am.. etc.. brings back a lot memories.. I hope corporate see this!! Your condiments make the meal! Y’all’s ketchup is the best and your picante sauce is the perfect combo with a taquito. Wish you could get what you order.. out of 14 orders in a month.. never once did I get the condiments. Again tonight.. that’s why I gave the food a 1 star.. I don’t want to eat it without the condiments.. wow.. even after I called corporate about it over two-weeks ago.. I finally gave them another chance.. well they still don’t care.. Sad to say goodbye… but with spending an average of $50 dollars per order.. we can’t continue like this.
