  Worse ever!! No counter person. Must order for yourself. Wanted to pay cash, no one would come to counter. Meanwhile others are getting their orders, taking 15-20 each. Employees talking on phones and hanging out with friends. I’m kind of glad I left and didn’t get food as I’m not sure the quality would have been good. Do not recommend ever going to this Taco Bell. Management needs to restaff and train the employees on customer service.

  Worst experience ever. Food was ok, service sucked. They were only excepting cash in the drive thru an if u paid with card u had to go inside. They wouldn't take order at the counter u had to use the kiosk.

  I’ve stopped here a few times over a year and every time I do the food sucks and the drinks are over watered

  Worse customer service ever walked in only person In the . Place guy behind counter on his phone texting just looked at me ran away,lady pretending to wipe stuff down just looking at me ran away no one greeted me or even bothered to take my order was standing there for 5 minutes if you hate your job that much find another avenue for enployment left went to another place this is the worst taco bell ever wouldn't even eat here if it was only place open in beaumont

  Go there a lot, just lately a lot of goofing off in the back, ice machine out front out of ice, tried dr pepper and root beer, both not hardly carbonated. Nothing but syrup. Pretty disappointed. Just left my cup and walked out, no drink. Hopefully better next time.
