    I sat in line for over 10 minutes, yes it was close to closing but well over 10 minutes til that time. At 9:58 they finally came on the speaker and said oh they don’t want me taking anymore orders we close at 10…. All the while the people in the background were cursing and carrying on as if they were standing in the kitchen they pay for at home and not a major fast food chain. Completely unacceptable. I’ve worked fast food and we took orders right in until closing besides that, just rude and disrespectful!!! Please get it together this is NOT the first time I’ve had a bad experience here and I’m all for second chances but enough is enough .

    Very disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered a Big Mac, a double cheeseburger, a McChicken, and fries with sauces. Right from the start, the order looked carelessly put together — the sauces were just thrown on top of the fries. When I opened the Big Mac, the top bun looked like someone had already taken a bite out of it. The double cheeseburger had fallen apart inside the wrapper. I went back to the restaurant to address the issue. I had to wait a long time before anyone even came to assist me. When I explained the problem, the staff were just smiling and almost laughing, which was very unprofessional and confusing. They offered to remake the order, but when I checked the new order, the Big Mac was missing entirely. Overall, a very poor experience. I will not be coming back to this place again.

    Ordered 2 big macs, one with no pickles. They gave us 2 big macs with double meat on it that we didn't ask for and did not want. The burgers were falling apart. One of them, half of the burger was out of the box. When they gave us the bag and he didn't hand me the bag. He threw it at me. These people do not like their job. The service sucks. This is ridiculous. You need to get people that actually care about their job. And customer service, we could not even eat the burgers. They were so sloppily, put together, the buns were falling apart unedible

    5☆'s >8:30PM the last Tuesday of March '26 in drive-thru: 👍👍 Good Fries... really good + a tall sweet tea.👍👍 Good drive-thru crew tonight. Extra Clean Lot + lotsa lights 24/7 all around bldg. 👍👍 Commercial Diesel in back. At ~9:20 PM the 2nd Monday in March 2026. Only 2 cars ahead in drive-thru & they're waiting 4 their order. 20 minutes later I get my fish sandwich... but NOT the drink. Another FIVE (5) Minute wait for them to bring drink 2 vehicle... AFTER catching their attention @ Window #2. Couldn't the fellow bringing the sandwich RELAY THAT I HADN'T GOTTEN DRINK ?? I'm only white person customer: all others + personnel Black... & evidently PREJUDICED Against olde grey-bearded whites. I drove by 2 other Mickey-D's to come 2 THIS one... perceiving it 2B the Best in Beaumont. EYE WUZ WRONG !! May GOD Rebuke theze Evil employees !!

    If I could I would give it a big 0 for rating, reason being because I’ve made trips there to the shell station that McDonald’s is in and I would see employees come out of the stall from taking a number 2 I’m assuming and just walk straight back into McDonald’s behind the counter without washing their hands. Remind you several employees. Management got told but see nothing ever got done about it. I won’t be eating at that location ever again and hope nobody does either for their sake of getting sick
