And yea I understand at times they have to order your meds when they don't have enough BUT when you talk to someone over the phone and they look it all up and they say YES you have 7 ready and you also get 7 different texts messages that say they are ready and then you drive 45 mins to pick them all up and then when you get there, all of a sudden, you only have 5 ready you are VERY UPSET. Can you tell the lady and then all of a sudden the manager in the pharmacy wants to come up and say it could be anywhere up to 24-48 hours before they get the others back in. And then I tell her I have seven text messages for seven different medications that says they're ready. And all she can say is do you want to pick the five up that you're ready? Not I'm so sorry for the inconvenience or anything. WOW! I am very, very, very disappointed in H-E-B Pharmacy. H-E-B normally has really good pharmacies but apparently this one here on College Street is NOT!!! I will definitely be looking for another Pharmacy after this because this is just too much and the fact that I spend so much money here per month on pharmaceuticals is like a slap in the face.
