  Food was cold nasty I paid extra for the cheese and chips to sub for the cinnamon twist and it was not even half the container I had to leave drive thru go inside to get it fixed chalupa had 3 pieces of chicken a little sour cream taco barely had any meat all it was was a shell basically the chips were the best out the box the 5 layer was nasty no flavor no sour cream in it and was cold it’s a heck no I’ll continue to go out the way to the one off Walden road

  Black girl with missing nails that was there on 3-3 -2026 around 1:30 AM very unprofessional at the drive-through and she's also missing a few nails, which makes me feel like they could have fell in the food and her coworkers are also unprofessional as well I heard laugh in the background i’ve been going to Taco Bell since I was 11 years old. I am now 24 and I’ve never in my life felt so disrespected by a Taco Bell employee. Please hire better. I’m tired of this.

  Made bit of a mess up when placing the order and placed at the wrong location online when I arrived my food was cold and soggy Jason the manager made was quick to the cause and offered to help any way possible and ended up getting my food remade great location you don’t see customer service like this anymore
