    Ordered potato tacos during my lunch break and the potatoes were hard and burnt, almost as if they had been sitting out all day. The food was basically inedible. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to return it, so I ended up missing lunch altogether. Very disappointing experience and not what I expected.

    Didn't want to use kiosk,but was very rudely told by several employees that I had to use it after asking why I had to use it they all became even more aggressive with me and started cursing telling me I didn't look disabled so I should be able to use the kiosk never knew it was now mandatory to place your order on the kiosk,if possible it I please be contacted by Upper management because there other issues that need to be addressed

    Placed a mobile order, walked in and waited for the food only to find our 20 minutes later it was never made. Why wasn't the mobile order not made? Because your suppose to "check in". Why does someone need to check in for a mobile order that was already paid? And the service is so sad. I understand it can be busy but it was empty AND there was ZERO common courtesy as I stood there at the counter only to be greeted by NO ONE
