  ★☆☆☆☆ The Worst-Run Subway I’ve Ever Seen I’ve lived all over the country, and I can honestly say this is the most poorly managed Subway I’ve ever walked into. The food itself is fine—it's Subway—but the service is absolutely awful. The older woman who appears to be the manager is consistently rude, snappy, and downright unpleasant with customers. Her attitude is enough to ruin the entire experience. It’s a strange feeling to avoid a place just because the service is that bad, but that’s exactly where I’m at. I won’t be returning as long as she’s running the store. Thankfully, another sandwich shop is opening right next door, and I’ll gladly take my business there instead of dealing with this kind of treatment.

  My sandwich was not what I ordered. After asking the lady for pepperjack cheese, she deliberately put provolone after I asked her if she put pepperjack. Will not return back.

  The older black lady with glasses that works at this location is disgusting. She was making the mobile orders while another lady was making the orders for walk in customers. I stood in line long enough to see this lady coughing without covering her mouth, constantly sniffing and clearing snot out of her throat (which is not something you want to hear while trying to order food). She was also wearing a very dirty hoodie and when she would lean over to grab sandwich toppings the strings of her hoodie would touch the sandwiches she was making. Absolutely disgusting. She was not washing her hands or changing her gloves between orders. Needless to say, I left without getting a sandwich because I doubt any surface in there is actually clean. All those customers with mobile orders will probably be getting sick within a few days.

  Older woman who makes the sandwiches is rude and is a health hazard. Today when ordering the chicken, she went to the back to get a scale (gloves still on), and brought it out. Scale was covered in gunk. She proceeds to scrape the chicken off the bread in front of me and put it back into the container to weigh. I let her know that is food contamination as she didn't change gloves when leaving the food area. She proceeds to mutter something like "I handle food all day" under her breath and continues to make the sub. I let her know I will not be purchasing it and it needs to be remade after she changes subs. She ignores me and continues making the sandwich. I then leave as I don't trust this location. Please intervene. This subway has very low reviews and this woman will make people sick as she doesn't understand the basics of food prep.
