Place was dirty, after sitting with my food while charging, I used the restroom (paid purchased required) there was one key but when I opened the door someone got in somehow so I walked into the restroom while someone was using it. Besides the awkward interaction the toilet was disgusting. They must only get business due to the Tesla charger vicinity.

This location will allow coupons and promotions on the app then cancel your order so they don't have to honor them, so you show up to NO FOOD and takes a week for a refund! Cheap and awful business practice!

We ordered online and went to pick it up and they said they voided it because they don’t “participate in any promotions” offered by every other subway. But they never voided it and still charged for the food that they said they cannot make or give to us

Not a very friendly or clean environment customer service was very poor. If I had to use the subway, I would never again eat at the subway again.
