She was the only employee working and was holding down the fort with a happy attitude and wonderful customer service. My husband went to get 4 sandwiches for our family, at 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon, in a break from burying our beloved dog because we hadn't eaten all day, and they REFUSED to make the sandwiches, saying that was a catering- sized order and it must be placed online. Are you kidding me??? FOR FOUR SANDWICHES??? They disgust me, and we will never return to that location.

Wrong bread, wrong meat, no cheese at all, not toasted, overall just super disappointing. Getting the wrong meat after I paid extra for the one I wanted is especially frustrating.
