Thankfully, I have learned to wait to tip with cash after I receive my order. In this case... They had ONE job. Just one. Smh medium strawberry lemonade no ice. I got strawberry water. The young lady then told me my total. I said, "ma'am I've already paid with card". She said she would go verify and come back. I waited longer than I should have before calling back to tell them that I was pressed for time and that I am seeing on my bank app that they'd received 2 dollars. The other girl said it "came in slow". Poor customer service and an even poorer guest experience
