    Great smash burgers and groovy fries. Didn't take to long , but this sonic varies from my experience with time and quality. So beware

    I came here yesterday and placed my order. I waited, and my order came nicely packed from Sonic. Since I didn’t expect any issues and I trusted the place, I didn’t even open the package and went straight home. When I opened it to eat, I was shocked and very disappointed. All the fries were burnt, and the onions inside were completely raw. This experience truly upset me, and I was even more disappointed about the money I spent. I thought to myself, I wish I had given that money to a homeless person instead. I made a promise to myself that I will never order from Sonic again, and I will be sharing my experience with my friends and everyone around me. Note: Some people might wonder why I didn’t take it back, but it was very late, and I didn’t want to go out again.

    We used to go to this one a couple times a month. Service and food quality was off and on depending on the crew. We haven’t been back since before the remodel. Went today and it started with the ‘is that it’ after everything you say. The touch screen didn’t respond to the payment type or when I tried to tip. So when we got home and the order was wrong (correct on the receipt) and the food was cold. I only live 1.25 miles and 4 minutes away. I should have checked the order but you think it’d be right. Should have know better. In the past I would have brought it back, but with the youth these days there’s no telling what they’d do to your food because you brought it back because their mistake. So instead, we just won’t go back there for a few years if ever. This is why we almost always go to Lumberton for fast food.
