If I’m specific in my request, pay for it, and receive something entirely different, that’s unacceptable. When employees are given clear instructions, it’s their responsibility to follow them—and if they choose not to, there should be consequences. To make matters worse, when I called the location, the number went to a prompt stating that the voicemail is not set up. Whether this is a corporate or franchised location, there’s a clear need for better professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail among staff.
