  Fun place but easy to spend a lot of money, especially in the restaurant. Spent a 160 bucks with a tip, just for lunch. and if it hadn't been for the bartender, I don't think we would have been served. Took forever for anybody to acknowledge us, and our server couldn't have been any slower.The food wasn't even hot. All this, despite the fact that we got there early and the restaurant was only a quarter of the way full. Bartender was Extremely kind and the only good thing about the entire restaurant experience. Also, make sure the items that you get from the gift shop or in good shape. Several of the items we've gotten have been Damaged when we've got home like the lava lamps and stuffed animals.. So make sure you check before you leave.

  The laser tag course is great and the kids always have a blast on the games!

  I want to give huge props to both Serena and Ryan! Me and my family came to Main Event today for the first time and the first thing we did the restaurant and Serena and Ryan made our experience fantastic. They both were very attentive. Ryan was very welcoming and friendly while Serena, our waitress, was on top of everything. All of our food came out steaming hot and our drinks were never half full before she asked us if we needed a refill. The games were fun but what’s going to bring us back is the service! Thank yall for showing me and my family a great time!

  So from the moment I walked and and was greeted by a great and friendly young man named Jacob earlier this morning he walked as through the kiosk and asked us if we ever been here we said no,he noticed it was my son's bday and asked him how old he was turning he said 9 and Jacob said that's awesome and gave my son a high five,he helped explain the 19.99 deal which at first was confusing with what the attractions were as we thought they meant games but he said no he was very generous and polite a little bit later my son and I went to play laser tag and what do we know it was Jacob again he was smiling and asked us to watch the video as we did he helped us get vetsed up and ready to play my son was sad as it was just us 2 and Jacob decided to jump in we played a game then my son wanted to play a 1v1 against him and he did and won Jacob then bought him out and allowed him to pick out a stuff animal room the crane I will definitely be bringing back my oldest son with his friends it was awesome and Jacob was amazing.

  I don't know what is wrong with the winners choice employees,me and my wife where waiting in line for nearlyb15 minutes while a employee named tori was talking with another employee who had a purple shirt then a nice gentleman walked in and walked behind the counter he asked if we have been helped yet and I said no sir,we helped us redeem our ticket rings and check out I won't be coming back the lady say there and stared directly at me and continued tonhave her conversation while standing by the gate,I thought employees where supposed to help us i guess not.
