As a family of 5, it's always tough going out without breaking the bank. For the price and quality, save your self the hassle of sipping on melting ice cause drinks won't get filled, no plates or silverware for a $70 appetizer...no thank you! This place has grown down hill, no more birthdays or party's.

He was approachable, professional, and handled everything efficiently while keeping a positive attitude the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the guests and the team. Everything ran smoothly, and any questions or concerns were handled quickly and respectfully. That level of management really stands out. If you’re visiting Main Event and have the chance to work with Micheal, you’re in great hands. Excellent service and great leadership all around.
- BLBrandon LejeuneDec 24, 20251.0Went to main event Friday December 19th , me and my fiance were having a good time until, 4 games messed up on us, so when we went to ask for help they said they will send a worker down shortly ( that was the first time ) noone ever showed up to help ,so we gave up on that. ( never got my credits back either ) . Well we Decided to go eat at the restaurant since the games were a bust, got sat within 5 minutes of waiting which is awesome but took 11 minutes for our drinks to come out ( they were dead slow at the time ) we let that slide . We ordered beef nachos and the smash burger tacos, the waitress had to come back to our table 3 times because " she forgot our order " like 20 minutes go by and they come out with beef queso and chips and 2 raw beef smash burger tacos. ( you can see it in the picture ) the manager of the establishment had 0 since of urgency or sympathy of our experience nor did he even offer to try and make it right. All he gave us was " wow yepp that sure is raw, I will let the kitchen know and have then remake your food " didnt even acknowledge that they brought us chips and dip instead of nachos too. Overall experience is literally a negative 10. I will never be returning to this franchise. I will be contacting USDA Meat and Poultry hotline and the local health department solely because of the complete disregard i got from your guy's staff.
