    I am really get tired of getting home to rancid meats from HEB. I stopped buying seafood a couple years ago, mainly salmon, because it is never fresh, or it stinks. Yesterday, I bought a pork butt, HEB brand, and for the third time, it was rancid. It stunk the moment the package was opened. Where is the health department in every city. It is getting ridiculous.

    I love the HEB Sushi section and usually spend at least $30 there every week. Unfortunately, one of the employees (I don’t know her name, but she is tall, slim, and appears to be from Korea) was very rude and unprofessional toward me. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

    Personally the H-E-B Plus location is an economically golden choice. Little emphasis on that sarcasm of golden. It's beautifully architectured layout for the floor plan allows decent availability to elder-age appropriate or medically inclined appropriate products almost right off the bat. That entrance is on the west side or right side of the locations entrance availability. Cashiers friendly and on beat or readily available by the entrances and ready to assist in your finishing of shopping. The cart relay associates were definitely keeping the fronts location secure with enough shopper's and or publically used shopping baskets. Only thing I didn't care for was the beauty aid associate- in hair care. I was pre-shopping for children's hair's actual necessities for growth and vitamin essentials, and on this experience, The associate must've felt secure enough to watch me- I assume, because I definitely opened several, non-sealed by a plastic application holders- bottles.. Its always good to check for consistency in the products liquid volume- when dealing with economically priced by standard or area subjected applied locational value. And then confront you to damage a personally valuable product, to I hope send to the manufacturer- but chances of it actually not being destroyed and broken (some products like the hair oil contents were completed in a glass bottling form) by the general populations dumpsters access for retailing markets are probably more likely after the warehouse residing factor of the companies measure. Either way, I am not feeling bad about taking care of my son's, daughter's and grand-daughters differently typed hair protein needs. Nor vitamin-necessity supplication based need. Its hard enough to research the balance necessary with all the hidden terminological prefaces and I'm not paying anything for something who may not hold the definition of my interest in care, for anything. My apologies business' out there with credible and long living wholesome mechanisms. I know, we don't all get to be completed with the oil of life in t&c's being the beauty of health.     We normally do our shopping late at night, like an hour before they close. I have noticed a HUGE difference between the day and night employees. The people that work at night are always so rude, and they can never seem to help us out without making us feel that we are bugging them. Horrible customer service!!

    I just got home from curbside about an hour ago. I recieved 1/3 of my online items and some food I did not buy. I attempted to call and after the 5th attempt I was finally answered. The guy I spoke to told me he can give me a refund and I said sure Ill just go to the store tomorrow morning. I asked if he needed me to mention all the items that I was missing and he said no he can see them. (I am assuming in the system) So now I am wondering so how did the other guy get away with taking the wrong items. For sure now someone is missing their food too since I have it. Hope the guy that gave me my items either gets trained all over again or fired. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the drive and coming home to ingredients you don't need and have to delay cooking.
