My husband and I ordered pizza last night. We paid over 30.00 and I was not able to even taste the pizza that I ordered for myself. I have food allergies as well as specific health issues and my pizza has to be ordered a certain way so there were 2 pizzas purchased. Once delivered there was no receipt attached. Once we opened my pizza one item that I left specific instructions for it not to be added due to my food allergies was in fact on the pizza. My husband contacted the location where we ordered from and he was told that because we did not have a receipt with an order number that there was nothing that they could do. So I went back on line and found the order and took a screen shot. It did not have the order number on the screen shot but it had everything else including where it showed that the food item that was added on the pizza should not have been there. I also took a picture of bothe pizzas with this particular product on top. I called back and politely asked to speak with manager. The young lady who answered the phone was very nice and said that there was a manager available but asked if there was anything that she could help me with. I thanked her for the offer but Informed her that I really needed to speak with manager. I was placed on hold and a different young lady came to the phone. I spoke to the young lady and began to explain to her that my husband had just called in reference to a pizza delivery that we received and one of the pizzas were made n correctly. As I proceeded to inform her of my food allergy to the item she cut me off and asked for my address. I gave her my address and then asked for her name. She gave me her name ,in a combative tone, and proceeds to tell me that she was the one who made the pizza and that she knows for a fact that the item was not on there, that I was seeing something else. I explained to her that I had both pizzas on the counter opened, side by side and they both had this additive on it. She became quiet. Verified her name and title and she told me that her name was Taylor and she was not the manager but the assistant manager. I then told her how allergic I was to this item and was hospitalized and ventilated due to this item some years ago. She remained silent, there were no apologies, she did not offer to remake the pizza that was untouched and is still sitting on my kitchen counter untouched this morning. I got ABSOLUTELY nothing!!! I asked Taylor for her corporate number and she told me 1-800- Dominos. I thank her and told her to have a nice evening. The individuals who are hired in these companies do not give a hill of beans about customer service or customer satisfaction. They have their minds set on mistakes that they make being an our problem instead of taking accountability of their actions. Whether it's 1.00 or 100.00 spent it was my money wasted and still had to go out and purchase something else when on my day off, that I decided to stay in and paid for a delivery service that was wrong on the company's behalf....And I guarantee you that the company does nothing about it. Wih actions such as this coming from a leader/manager, why should we expect anything different from the rest of the staff? How many people have they done this too and no one says anything? Is this right? Why should I loose because a person makes a mistake and does not want to fix it?
