- ATArturo TrevinoJul 19, 20241.0Come here all the time to get my cookies and cream shake got my usual a large Oreo when I taste it I knew it was off so went back inside and told them they insisted nothing was wrong with it asked to taste the milk it was made with and there it was the taste was the nasty milk it wasn’t expired but I’m guessing the left it out so I wanted another one with a different milk they told me nothing was wrong with the full one they just poured down the drain and wanted me to PAY AGAIN it’s ridiculous paying again for something they didn’t get right definitely never coming back this happen 7/19/23 @3pm

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
