Take the order at the menu or carry a damn menu, unbelievable. Chick-fil-A has really gone downhill, the “my pleasure” is just lip service today.

- LLLJFeb 28, 20263.0Food is always good at Chick-fil-a. Service this time is questionable. Went through the drive thru, orders taken by the staff, I offered my app to be scanned, but payment doesn't get charged till you get to the pick up point. It is very inefficient since the food would have been ready if they charged off the bat. The system could be streamlined to make for faster service. Surprisingly, this is the first branch where I encountered this.
