- JJJoshApr 19, 20261.0I ordered a soup here and received the wrong item. I had to drive back to get it corrected. I asked if they could offer a small courtesy item for the inconvenience and was told no. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told she was busy. Disappointing customer service and poor resolution.

He was very mad and kept jumping up and down. He said said my employee lied?? I told him no I didn't say that. I ordered a sandwich made on a baguette. My daughter and I cut the sandwich in half and that's what we ate for dinner. Why he acted in such a manner is beyond me He made me cry. Practically threw me out of his store. I was so hurt and humilliated.

Fine, move on to waiting for the order.....it was around lunch time so we were patient. 17 min later as we got it to go, they gave us our order. Lastly brought it home....to have our order messed up. I got 1 thin half piece of bacon on my BLT, subway is wayyy better.....then we ordered 2 different kinds of soup broccoli cheddar and chicken wild rice, never received the broccoli cheddar and got 2 wild rice. The pictures will clearly show that. Never ever go back unless they make it right! Horrible experience.
