For a store that just opened, the level of incompetence is unacceptable. This location desperately needs new management and an entirely new staff. If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what this place deserves. I will never be returning to this location.

Went to the restaurant to pick up the order at 7:20 and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. I finally went to the counter and ask if my order was ready. They didn't seem to know that I placed an order. I ended up leaving, with no food and no refund. I will never order from the place again.
