He told me that he went to quickly use the bathroom and when he came back they had already wrapped up everything and put it in the bag. They took advantage of his absence and scammed him, he paid for the sandwiches with his own money. I'm very obviously angered by this and I recommend going to a different restaurant if this is the kind of service that they allow.
