I called several times to check the status of his order and was told they were really busy oh wait I need to go catch a pizza puts me on hold and doesn't pick up. I call again to speak to manager and he tells me they are backed up 2hrs. I said my husband never got a notification that there was a delay. The so called manager tells me he has no control over orders made online. I tried to see if I can cancel the order and he didn't let me speak and hung up on me. I will never order from here again. Horrible customer service.
