CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE No one had on NAME BADGES or wanted to give names~due to service & FOOD being extremely horrible & WRONG. ☆Definitely not McDonald's standard ☆ I tried to speak with management & they told my to call the number outside,personnel is rude,condescending & LIE to save face of their mistakes. They need NEW MANAGERS AT THIS LOCATION BADLY THE LACK OF LEADERSHIP SHOWS~leadership should teach crew/co workers how to treat guests & take accountability for mistakes.We ALL make mistakes its how its handled that determines the RESULTS moving FORWARD. It's atmosphere there at this location is heavy & full of grime & not welcoming at ALL. GO FUTHER INTO TOWN ON THE SAME STREET ITS A HUGE DIFFERENCE~CLEAN NICE PEOPLE WORKING THERE ATMOSPHERE LIGHT ALWAYS DECORATED for the season,FRESH FOOD excellent customer service I was just in a rush that day & closer to I-10 & Garth & BOY I COULD TELL THE DIFFERENCE ~& I REGRET IT DEEPLY.

Talked to every customer including me very sweet and courteously. And made my food exactly how I asked for it in record time . Will be going very often. I recommend McDonald's give her a good Christmas bonus!!!!

And they messed up the order , they tried to hand me 4 drinks. How do you mess up a drink order and ask someone to wait for 2 drinks but have food ready? The Dr.Pepper was flat like it had been sitting for some time.
