Not only did the manager give my breakfast order away, he said they couldn't replace it because breakfast was over and was just gonna leave me empty handed! I asked him to replace it with a lunch meal, and he said he would. After 20 minutes of waiting, the OTHER manager talked to me and said she would handle it. I waited for 20 more minutes and finally got food. I tried to call their phone to get the store number and number to corporate, but nobody is answering. If someone can drop the store number, I can file an official complaint.

I ordered a 20 pc chicken nuggets. I got my food and as I was driving back to my hotel, I decided to grab a nugget to eat. It was soggy, moist, and lukewarm. I thought to myself maybe that was just a bad nugget, so I grabbed another and it was the exact same as the first one. I had to throw it away. The disrespect to serve this disgusting garbage to your customers. This was the final nail in the coffin. I won’t come back to a McDonald’s again. Or at least until yall hired competent and literate workers.
