I loved shopping at my Baytown HEB, key word "loved" as in the past tense. Ever since they moved things around, it is very difficult to find things I shop for regularly. Whose idea was this in the first place? I have overhead MANY shoppers complaining about the same thing I am. If this was for a remodel, not sure what was done as I cannot see any changes other than things being moved and some things being moved to another area of the store that makes no sense. Since when did Pringles not belong on the chip aisle with the rest of the chips?....this is only one small example. What a shame.

Worst service in the curbside pick up. I got here early I didn't mind waiting then a Hispanic lady she was wearing a black jacket came out to tell me that I was early that I needed to come back. She was very rude and I highly believe she is the one that checked that I had "supposedly picked up the items.". I eventually checked in when the app says I was able to check in. Then after 10 minutes it says order was picked up. I had to call them to let them know I never received the order. The only nice person there was the lady that came out to bring my order. She was very kind and apologized for somebody else mistake!
