Everyone here is super sweet, I wish I knew their names!!!! girlie with pink purple hair, big tall guy, girlie with cute crochet head bandana, girlie with nose hoop ring, many more ohh AND of course GENESIS shes the only one I know her name☺️ GENESIS she is also amazing super bubbly and friendly always with a smile! Today she recommended me her favorite drink THE CANDY CANE ICE mocha loved it!!!! And it also came with a cute note on the cup reminded me of Starbucks, I absolutely love the cute note on the cup, definitely my favorite place!!!!

Today when I went I asked for the same thing I always get .A golden eagle upside down( the first time I asked for suggestions this is what a worker told me to ask for when I wanted a macchiato ) the lady taking my order was extremely rude about it and went “nobody here knows what that means I’ll put it and if you get it fine “ like she was extremely rude . It was the young lady with the long brown braid . My husband and I were both in shock because I have never been talked to like that at Dutch bros . Completely turned me off and I forgot to scan my app . The customer service was on of the main reasons I kept returning to this location. But I think at this point I’ll just go to Starbucks .ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES THERE WERE NICE AND MY COFFEE WAS MADE RIGHT SO THEY OBVIOUSLY KNEW WHAT UPSIDE DOWN MEANT

They charged us for added coffee to a birthday cake shake that we did not ask for added coffee, but even so they actually gave us a cotton candy shake with added coffee. It was green and weird looking…I guess brown coffee plus blue cotton candy makes puke green. Gave it back to them through the window explaining thoroughly what we actually ordered, they remade. Wound up with just a plain cotton candy shake. They could not comprehend that we ordered a birthday cake shake and so we just gave up and left. The Golden Eagle was ok, but not feeling well after drinking it. Safe to say, we gave this a chance and won’t go back

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
