- SBsasha brownNov 16, 20251.0Actually this was one of the most disgusting visits I have ever had in my life , walking in the energy was extremely off because I heard someone say “thats her right there “ referring to me and then I was approached very rudely , I didn’t even get a proper hello / welcoming as your suppose to get when entering a franchise. I then proceeded to tell him my name and then that’s when things really went LEFT! due to the fact that my previous order! I did not purchase because , I have always been a person I want to know how my food looks before paying for anything , and IT IN FACT WAS NOT DONE WELL AT ALL , all of my orders are made with extra all the time I was on time actually waiting outside for my order to be completed. Before opening it , it was very dry and I pointed out to the person working the word “extra” on my order and it WAS NOT EXTRA ANYTHING , and I DiD NOT pay for what I was not going to eat . We are WEEKS away from then and the man that’s checking me out “a manager “ he brings this up , as if I was a problem , and clearly if my order was not right and not geting asked for it to be done correctly done I WILL NOT PAY FOR IT . I did not like this experience at all . Poor costumer service! Poor work environment, very poor communication skills !
