If you work for Dairy Queen you must follow there policies you don’t own the store you must treat everyone with respect having other workers not talk to me into assisting me in the situation that you couldn’t be professional ! YES IM STILL CALLING CORPORATE ! An yes I’m still contacting the regional manager ! An I will be filling a complaint with customer service ! I just moved to the area definitely not good for business cause word of mouth does work an it will cost you for how you treated me today ! A simple escalation because you refused to assist me when I asked for the inforamtion a per the ADA a persons with disability will be filing a complaint a showing them the whole video wich I recorded ! Definitely doesn’t need to be in management with that type of unprofessionalism !
