  I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and the lady over the speaker clearly repeated what I had said and then at the end when reading over to me she said 4 piece so I politely asked, do you have a 6 piece and she of course said yes, and so I told her I would like the six piece. That with a large Root Beer making my total 17.09. Well I only got 4 pieces, and the bread isn't toasted and the fries aren't golden. I normally have a good experience with this Dairy Queen but this time it is terrible. And 17 dollars for fast food that I picked up is steep for this! I could have gotten something better for less elsewhere. I tried to give this property a chance to make it right but all 3 times I tried to call it's like the call is rejected. I know it's not my phone either because the manager on baker answered just fine.

  The wait times are bad sometimes. I recommend the dipped cone.

  Had food brought from drive through and was not near restaurant so I called however, number on receipt is not in service. My order was incomplete.

  Went to the location today around 1:30pm was asssited by another female cashier they stated they do not take coupons from the Dairy Queen application . I advised them if it’s a repeated issue that why have they done anything to assist I asked the lady in the video what her name was refused to give it to me so I can address customer service an the GM for the store location had an attitude an a lack to assist a customer ! If you work for Dairy Queen you must follow there policies you don’t own the store you must treat everyone with respect having other workers not talk to me into assisting me in the situation that you couldn’t be professional ! YES IM STILL CALLING CORPORATE ! An yes I’m still contacting the regional manager ! An I will be filling a complaint with customer service ! I just moved to the area definitely not good for business cause word of mouth does work an it will cost you for how you treated me today ! A simple escalation because you refused to assist me when I asked for the inforamtion a per the ADA a persons with disability will be filing a complaint a showing them the whole video wich I recorded ! Definitely doesn’t need to be in management with that type of unprofessionalism !
