I used to come here once in a while, but after yesterday I will be coming more often I love the service they provide the manager was caring towards me and my husband, he helped us set up our DQ points. Since it takes us longer to do so on our own we appreciate DQ service

Hi pass by the drive thru to order a banana split and this is what I got a messy small dish Ipaid $6.00 for this seriously and the person that took my order today was unprofessional and rude. I usually go to this location and never had a problem before I am not sure why today

I'll tile this one strike two. So about a week ago my wife and I were treated so poorly in the drive thru that we decided not to order from there and went to Jack in the box instead. Then a couple of nights ago as we had family visiting us we all decided to get some food and ice-cream from the same Dairy Queen. This time we were not treated rudely. We placed our order and received our food then drove home to give everyone their ice-cream. And to our surprise we were short one treat and mine was not made correctly. My wife called in and the Manager told her that they reolized they forgot to give us the item and to bring the receipt in and they would remake it. When I returned a couple of nights later the supervisor didn't know what to do and I asked for the 4 ice-creams to be re made for the inconvenience. The supervisor picked up his cell phone and walked away saying "I have to call her". As he returns he said he would not make anything other than the one I was missing. I was a little set back that a manager which I have been one myself for over 20 years was not willing to make up for their mistake and take care of a customer who had to return back to the restaurant with 4 simple ice-creams. I now will drive further to go to another location as I will not give them another chance to receive a third strike from me or my family. This is the treatment you get with Poor attitudes whiche is a reflection of Poor leadership.

The mgr Juan asked us to bring back old and overly fried fish sandwiches in exchange for new ones on the next day, instead of refunding my order via phone. This is bad and customer service.
