This time I asked Mrs. Cristina who reassured me that it would be hard to scoop but she’d give it a try. This is what customer service is about. Mrs. Cristina, with cold red hands delivered me a beautiful scoop of delicious ice cream with a smile. She definitely went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate her for that!!! When I arrived was told "our cake lady" hasn't been in but you can choose from the ones we have made, mind you I had specially ordered for obvious reason and mint chocolate chip is not going to cut it or even some plain jane one. I am sorry but, if you order a cake 24 hours before and you as an owner or even a manager know that no one will be available to make them, why not call the customer and give them enough time to find an alternative. I was informed there were more orders than even mine, this left me so speechless. I have worked in customer service before and this is unacceptable. I was refunded but, that doesn't even account for the 2 hours it took to find my alternative after being told I wasn't getting what I ordered. Hopefully they can get their business together because this is apparently a common thing with them and they haven't even been here very long. So sad.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
