  Service here is horrible. They are all always goofing around and have absolutely no customer service skills. Fire the whole crew and hire real workers.

  Ordered grilled chicken sandwich, small fry and mini Oreo Snowdrift blizzard. Everything good. Clean bathroom. Will return.

  I had a frustrating experience at this Dairy Queen while picking up a DoorDash order. The order had both hot food and cold desserts packaged separately, so I politely asked for an extra plastic bag to carry them properly and keep the items covered for the customer. Instead of a simple yes or no, the manager stepped in and spoke to me in a rude and condescending way, saying they wouldn’t provide another bag because it costs the store money and that DoorDash should supply them. When I asked for the general manager’s information, he told me he was the general manager. It wasn’t even about the bag at that point. It was the attitude and lack of basic customer service. As someone helping deliver their product to customers, I expected a little more professionalism. A small request like that shouldn’t turn into an argument. Really disappointing experience.
