  Me and my boyfriend went to chipotle on April 22, 2026 at 8:37pm. The service was good but on the way home which we live 15 minutes away, coming out the car I noticed that the bag was extremely wet and soggy, that meant that they probably did not close the lids properly. As I grab the bag from my boyfriend our food fell on the ground straight out the bottom of the bag all in the grass I try to pick up whatever left was savable, but even eating what was left the rice was too hard and crunchy. I usually always come to this location and have amazing service, and this typically doesn’t happen. Maybe the bags are always a little bit wet at the bottom but not like last night. I won’t be going back after last night!

  Some of the tables were unclean, but it was still nice. I love their cool atmosphere and don’t even get me started on their employees! They were all so nice, the girl who gave me my bowl of queso filled it to the brim and had the biggest smile on her face, I also loved her bow! The staff was very friendly and the food was top tier.

  I love Chipotle and going in-store never fails. The food is always fresh and the experience is great. However, the online ordering service has been extremely disappointing. Multiple times now, I’ve received the completely wrong order. While support is always helpful and compensates with rewards (which I appreciate), the issue continues to happen. At this point, it feels less like a one-time mistake and more like a recurring problem with online order accuracy. I really hope this can be addressed, because I genuinely enjoy Chipotle and would love to be able to rely on online ordering the same way I can rely on the in-store experience.

  Busy location with nice employees but the food was not that great considering what you get. Over 12 bucks for a burrito with a lot of rice? Also, the dining area is bare bones and could use a good cleaning.

  I don’t know when the executives of Chipotle are going to actually make a change but the portions that we receive for the amount that we spend especially on the protein side is ridiculous even with double protein my burrito bowl doesn’t even fill up the bowl completely. you get two bites worth of protein, maybe three. The food is good flavor, wise most of the time, but the portions are appalling.
